5lbs 11oz, 19 inches long

Mommy's contractions started early morning on the 22nd of Dec at 3 am . While a little painful, mommy only had a little discomfort . Yet, the contractions did make mommy unable to sleep so she got up and did things around the house. The contractions lasted all day on the 22nd and came at very inregular times. Mommy would have contractions every 10 mins and then every 5 mins and then not another one for a whole half an hour. Mommy did not know exactly what was happening. Was she truly in labor or was her mind playing tricks on her? She tried to take it easy for most of the day, resting when ever she could... yet everytime she would finally get comfortable again another contraction would come. Mommy spent the whole day trying hard to get comfortable wondering if she was in labor or when the contractions would get regular enough to finally go to the hospital. She took many baths throughout the day to comfort her annoying pain. < u> Daddy was a chain smoker all day, wondering with worries if today would finally be the day he would become a daddy.....

Around 5:30 mommy and daddy got hungry. Her and daddy decided they wanted Pizza.. yum yum and called the pizza place to place an order and then were going to pick it up. Mommy got on her shoes and coat and daddy went to warm up the car.. yet once mommy made it outside the contractions came and mommy felt so yucky she decided not to go, so daddy left mommy and went and got pizza from Papa Murphys. This is when the contractions seemed to get a little bit stronger and now they were coming every 15 mins and seemed to be a little more regular. Daddy was a little scared to leave mommy home alone, yet mommy insured him she would call if she really needed him bad and daddy took the cell phone along. And only about 30 mins later daddy returned home to mommy with a yummy take and bake Chicken, Bacon and Candain bacon pizza from the pizza place along with a few goodies including orange jucie from Kwick Trip. So mommy and daddy then cooked the pizza and enjoyed supper with a good TV show.

After supper mommy tried so hard to get some rest and did get a little nap in before the contractions were really starting to get to her . Mommy got a little mad when the contractions once again went back to not regular and even started to cry a little wondering what on earth was happening to her body. Yet daddy was a wonderful comfort to mommy and tried very hard to keep her spirits up. Mommy took a few more baths and her and daddy spent the night together trying hard to get some rest. Yet the stupid contractions seemed to keep coming and going when ever they pleased and never once let mommy get the rest she despertly needed. And mommy called "Grandma King" about 6 to 8 times updating her on the current contractions she was feeling all day long, along with other family members. Mommy even called her cousin Alicia (who has 3 kids of her own) to ask for comfort measures for pain on contractions. Mommy tried everything just for a little comfort . And was willing to do anything to make the pain stop or make the contractions finally regular, yet nothing seemed to work and by this time mommy was pretty ready just to passout from lack of sleep. She was so tired.

Around 11 o'clock mommy's contractions were coming yet again at 15 mins apart and seemed to be coming a little bit more regular once again.. yet were not close enough to go into the hospital. Mommy though had been up for hours and knew she needed something to get her mind off the pain. Just then the contractions changed and seemed to be coming closer. Mommy watched the clock and sure enough they were coming every 5 mins apart , yet mommy knew they had to be coming at 5 mins for a hour before she could go to the hospital and these contractions had been playing tricks on her all day and could go back to 10 or 30 mins apart any time.. so mommy tried not to get her hopes up. Yet, she despertly just wanted to get her mind off of them. Daddy and her then decided to get some last min shopping done and daddy said they should go to Super Walmart . Mommy then agreed. Plus the walking would be good for mommy, so mommy and daddy got on their winter things and headed out the door. Mommy's contractions were still coming at 5 mins apart and they seemed to be getting a little stronger. Her and daddy walked around Walmart for about a hour, looking at all kinds of things and even picking up a few last min gifts and a few things that were on sale and they decided they needed! There were times in the store mommy thought she was not going to make it. She had to stop a few times to catch her breath... yet daddy was such a wonderful man and made mommy keep her mind off the pain .... "It is all mind over matter".... he kept saying keeping mommy trying to smile with humor and laughter and looking at different things to buy.

Mommy and daddy stayed shopping till around midnight when mommy was too tired to walk anymore and they were running out of different things to look at. Mommy and daddy then headed out to the car and went home. The contractions still coming at pretty close to 5 mins apart , yet mommy did not want to go to the hospital just yet, for fear of being sent home for flase labor. At home mommy and daddy then tried to go to sleep. They laid down in bed and after only 10 mins though mommy could not bear it any longer and knew it was time to go to the hospital . She stared at daddy and told him NOW was a good time to go.. and so they grabbed all last min things they could find and headed out for the hospital. On the way to hospital the contractions grew a little stronger and started coming every 3 mins apart and mommy and daddy kept close timing on them. Mommy was so uncomfortable, but again daddy tried hard to keep her spirits up with humor. His favorite song of the day... "Here comes the pain.." *L*

Finally they arrived at the hospital and went through EW to the Labor and Delivery ward where the nurse placed mommy in a room and got her into a hospital gown. Then she hooked mommy up to the contraction machine and started to monitor her contractions. Oddly enough, mommy did not have one for a whole 15 mins.. and they started coming very inregular again. Mommy was about to cry. Yet, the nurse kept mommy on the machine for about 20 mins and the contractions came back again to about 7 mins apart. Daddy kept watching the monitor thinking that mommy had been lying to him and her contractions were not coming as much as she said they were. And both of them feared they were going to send mommy home.

After about 2 and a half hours of being on the machine, the nurse came in and told mommy and daddy that they were probablly going to be sent home and that normal labor had contractions that were 2 to 3 mins along and she even doubted if mommy was dilated that much, yet the midwife would come in and check mommy just incase.

The midwife then came in, (Mommy's favorite midwife!!! ) and she told mommy the same thing the nurse did.. yet got on her gloves to check mommy anyways. And boy did she get a shock of a season when she did check mommy! Mommy remembers the look on the midwifes face... "Holy crap hun, your dialated to 7 cms..the baby is head down and....you are going to have this baby tonight, I know you wanted an Epidural , but I fear it is too late now." The midwife explained to mommy. Mommy feared the pain getting worse and looked right at the midwife. Yet, the midwife went on... "You made it this far though and the worst of the pain is almost over and you have not even used some of our other comfort labor measures yet like the whrill pool or birth ball". And she went on to ask mommy if she would like to start IV pain killers or go into the whrill pool. Mommy decided that she did make it this far and even though the pain was annoying.. it could be worse and she decided that she would try the whrill pool for her pain and then the midwife left her to be comforted by the whrill pool. The nurse filled the tub with warm water and mommy stripped down and daddy helped her in.

After only 15 mins of being in the tub.. mommy's body was starting to push hard... and mommy could feel it. Daddy freaked out and kept telling mommy it was not time.. yet mommy could not help it..it was not her pushing yet her body. And after about 2 hard pushes.. mommy got out of the tub and daddy went and called the nurse back right away. The nurse kept telling mommy it was too early to push too.. and that it could be hours before she was fully dialated. Yet, something told mommy they were both wrong and her body continued to seem to have a mind of its own and pushing. So the nurse laid mommy in the bed and called the midwife right away. Mommy told the nurse she needed pain killers and the nurse called the IV man to come and put in an IV right away. The IV man just finished, when the midwife came back.. mommy was having another urge to push and everyone kept telling her it was too early and to do deep breathing. Mommy tried so hard but she could not stop from pushing and the midwife quickly got on her gloves to do a check on mommy. The midwife again had that look of shock on her face. Yet this time she seemed to turn a little blue. "You are dialted to ten" she explained to mommy.. Yet....then she right as mommy had another urge to push , the midwife screamed... "Don't push"... mommy was like.."I am dialted to 10.. how come I can not push" Just then mommy's water shot across the room with a loud pop. The midwife looked in shock.. the bag of waters confirmed her fear. "Kari", she said, "Your baby is breech and we have two chocies. One we can deliever this baby now breech, yet I don't recomond it cause the baby had a BM which means it is under stress and the head is still way up there and the baby could die in delivery from chocking on BM and lack of air. Or two, we could do an emergancy C-section as soon as possible." Mommy had little time to make up her mind and agreed on the C-section and only seconds later they handed daddy a set of scrubs to put on. There were no time to sign consent papers .. and mommy, even before daddy had time to change was being rushed through the halls into the operating room for her c-section. The IV pain killers mommy had requested did not even have time to make it into her body...

Last thing mommy remembers is a man telling her she was going to go to sleep and a mask put on her face and two hands wrapped around her neck.. .then she was out cold. Mommy woke a hour later to find daddy and her mommy, sister and daddy by her side. Daddy smiled at mommy and told mommy they had a little girl. 5 lbs and 11 ounces and 19 inches long. Then came the moment mommy had been waiting forever for, she finally got to hold the baby she had been carrying inside her for so long. They handed her the baby girl. Staring into the baby's face, mommy's heart was stolen. This precious little thing was hers? It was too hard to believe. Mommy kept waiting for someone to come and tell her she had the wrong baby. This little one was way too cute to be hers. Yet it had her nose and little ears and daddy's little fine lips and cute round face. The baby was prefect.

Daddy then told mommy all about the c-section and how it happened so fast he did not even get to be by her side cause by the time he had changed they already had mommy cut open and would not allow him inside the room until the little one was already born and mommy was being stitched up. Then he told mommy about how hard it was to see mommy cut open. Then he told mommy how hard it was that she could not be the first one to hold the new baby, but how precious the child was.

Then the doctor who delievered the baby came in and talked to mommy and daddy in the recovery room and explained how prefect their little one really was. Then the nurse helped daddy give their little girl her first bath. Auntie Jodi took many photos of the whole morning and they even got the weighing of the baby and little things like that on video that mommy missed while she was sleeping.

Mommy and daddy spent the whole day with their new little one. They named her Bianca Rose, the name they had chosen for her durring mommy's pregancy. The whole day was spent just staring at Binky. She surely was something special. The best gift mommy or daddy could ever have. Daddy told mommy how proud he was of mommy for giving birth to something so special. Mommy did her whole labor with little complaints and bearly ever even cried. Mommy was a lot stronger then she ever thought she could be. The little pain mommy did have though, was truly worth it.

Soon mommy was moved to a new room, the room she would be staying in for the next three days for recovery. The room was pretty small and mommy had the same bed that she was put in after surgery. Normally the hositpal gives new families a queen size bed and a bigger room, yet since mommy had a c-section they kept her in a single bed since they did not want daddy sleeping with her and bumping her ouchy tummy durring the night. Daddy was kinda sad he could not stay near mommy yet also understood he could hurt her. Yet the nurses told him he could sleep in the recliner that the room had or they could get him a cot to sleep on. But then they went on to tell daddy that the cots were very small and his best bet would be to sleep on the recliner.

Throughout the whole first day, Bianca and mommy would have many visitors. Everyone seemed to want to come and meet Binky. Everyone, even the nurses kept telling mommy and daddy how precious their little one was. Auntie Jodi even tried to kidnap her and take her home inside the pocket of her sweat shirt! Mommy was in a state of shock all day, still not believing the little girl was hers. It was like a dream come true.

The whole day, nurses were in and out doing checks on both mommy and Bianca. Mommy was given IV pain killers for her ouchy tummy cut. Bianca had her first checks making sure she was healthly. Both mommy and baby were doing great. Bianca passed all her first tests with flying colors. She was prefect in all ways. Mommy kept checking her over. No birth marks what so ever. Prefect voilet blue eyes, tiny button nose, 5 fingers on each hand and tiny ten little toes. Bianca was so tiny though, mommy had brought clothes from home to put her in yet nothing fit her. Even the hat the hospital gave Bianca was WAY too BIG for her tiny little head. The diapers too seemed to be super sized on her tiny little body. Yet, to her mommy and daddy she was prefect.. prefect in every way. And grandma king and auntie Jodi promised to get her some littler clothes to wear. The nurses searched the nursery and did find a little sleeper to put her in to keep her warm and a hat that was a little bit smaller for her tiny little head.

For supper that night, they kept mommy on a special diet. She was not aloud to have any soild foods and was on something called a clear liquid diet. So for supper she got to order off a special menu.. which consited mostly of jucies and other clear things. Mommy ordered chicken broth, jello and itailan ice... with cran-grape jucie. Yum yum.. the whole thing kinda was not very filling for mommy for it was not the best meal she had ever had. Blah! Yet, due to mommy's surgery the doctors did not want mommy eatting till she had her first BM or at least passed gas. Thank god, later that night she did. Mommy also got to spend a lot of time breast feeding her little angel, which made mommy feel very proud for she could..... and only she could provide a healthly meal for her little girl.

Mommy and daddy's first night in the hospital with Bianca went pretty good. Bianca did wake up many times though for feedings and just to be cuddled. She slept on mommy's bed most of the night curled tightly near mommy on her chest. The nurses came in throughout the whole night checking on mommy and baby making sure both of them were ok. That night mommy had a slight temp and the nurse made mommy stay up for awhile and drink lots of water and eat a lot of italian ices to cool down. Thank god by early morning mommy's fever did break. Daddy not feeling too good with a cold, slept throught most of the night bearly ever waking up. He just snored away through Bianca's crys and all the interruptions by the nurses throughout the night. The nurse took out mommy's "pee bag" that night and late night helped her get up and go to the bathroom on her own. It was so hard for mommy to get out of bed, yet the nurse was so kind and gentle with mommy helping her every step of the way. The nurse even helped mommy on the potty and taught her how to use the "Peri bottle". Mommy could not thank the nurse enough for all her kindness durring that first night. She even helped mommy make sure her little one was latching on right durring feedings. The nurse was mommy's life saver.

The next day was Christmas Eve. Mommy got to order off the main menu for breakfest and ordered her and daddy a huge breakfest full of eggs , fried tators and ham. It was so nice to eat soild foods again. Mommy went a little bit hogish on daddy.. and kinda ate a lot.. so there was not much left for daddy to eat. So daddy had to go down to the cafe and pick himself up something to eat. Mommy was a little sad throughout the day, It was Christmas already and her, daddy and the new baby had to spend it in the hospital. How horrible! The outfit mommy had for the baby's first Christmas did not even find the baby and the baby seemed to drowned in it. Christmas Eve afternoon was suppose to be spent at Mommy's grandma Meyer's house, yet since mommy was in the hospital she could not go. It was one of the first years mommy could not spend Christmas with her family at Great Grandma Meyers house. It was very hard on mommy. Yet, Great Grandma Meyer promised to come visit mommy and the new baby in the hospital right after the whole family left her house in late afternoon. Yet, mommy was also sad she had to miss seeing her cousin and her cousin's new baby boy.. born only a month before mommy's little Bianca. It just did not seem like Christmas Eve in the hospital. Even with the little Elementary students singing Christmas songs in the halls.. there was no Christmas Tree nor no snow.... nor the Christmas Spirit in mommy's hospital room. It just seemed like another day passing.

That afternoon Bianca had her first real checkup with her doctor, Dr. Budzack. Binky was totally checked over from head to toe. The doctor then came in and told mommy and daddy their little angel was prefectly healthly in every way yet sadly she might have something wrong with her hips. They were making a clicking nosie and little Bianca could have to wear a brace for awhile to fix the problem or even have surgery. It was news mommy really did not want to hear. Yet the doctor said that many breeched babies have that problem and it is easy to fix. Yet then she told mommy that she was very glad mommy did not deliver little Bianca naturaly cause there was a good chance that her little girl could have had two broken hips if she did! What horrible news! Then the doctor said that Bianca would need a special Ultrasound in the morning to see what was wrong with her hips.. so mommy and daddy would just have to wait and see.

That late afternoon, Grandma King, Grandpa King and Auntie Jodi came to visit. They brought the cutest little premiee outfits for little Bianca to wear! And Auntie had to quickly dress Bianca in one of the new outifts.. a cute little PINK fleece one... yet.. even though the outfit was a premiee outift it was still a little big on her! Yet, gosh Bianca did look adorable! And everyone had to take tons of photos. Soon after grandma, grandpa and auntie arrived Great Grandma and great grandpa followed bringing mommy and daddy Christmas dinner of meat balls and yummy cookies and tators. Daddy quickly went to warm the food while great grandma and grandpa got their first glances at adorable little Bianca Rose. Then mommy and daddy ate supper and got to open the loads of gifts that the great grandparents brought. They even brought gifts for their new little great grand-daughter!! Boy was little Binky spoiled!

Soon though everyone left.. and mommy and daddy had the rest of the night to just spend together with their little bundle of joy. The nurses even asked daddy to get mommy out of bed for a walk around the halls of the hospital. Boy was that ever an experince! Daddy and mommy walked Bianca down to the nursery, daddy was walking way too fast for mommy. They made it down to the nursery and placed Binky inside. Boy was she not a happy camper. The look through the glass almost broke mommy's heart. Her little one just screamed away, not wanting to part from her mommy and daddy. Mommy and daddy then walked up and down the halls of the floor, yet soon mommy was in so much pain they had to stop for a break.. and then mommy knew she could not walk no more so she made daddy walk her back to the room. Then they called the nurse to bring little Bianca back in again and cuddled her close.

That night daddy was not feeling that great. His nose was really runny and he just felt like he had been hit by a choo-choo train. He slept most of the night all the way through bearly ever waking. Mommy on the other hand, had a horrible night of no sleep.

Bianca stayed up most of the night, wanting to be nursed every hour. Little Bianca was so crabby mommy tried so hard to keep her happy. The nurses even tried to help. Bianca was having a hard time attaching herself to mommy for feedings and was ripping poor mommy's nibbles to pieces. She even made mommy bleed once. The nurses were very kind though and helped mommy keep trying to latch her little one on correctly. And also helped mommy in and out of bed when ever mommy had to go to the bathroom.

The next morning daddy was feeling even worse and mommy was having a major lack of sleep that she was soooo crabby. After breakfest mommy and daddy decided it was best to place Bianca in the nursery for awhile, so they called the nurse to take her there. Yet, right as mommy was laying down for a nap, the nurse brought little Bianca back into the room telling mommy that she was hungry and needed to be fed. There went mommy's sleep. Mommy fed little Bianca and then her and daddy just stayed up. Soon after mommy's nurse came in and took out the IV of pain meds and told mommy that pain meds would now be oral. Then the baby nurse came and took Bianca away for her ultrasound on her hips, telling mommy and daddy their baby would be back in about 10 mins. It was not till about a hour and half later that the nurse finally brought Bianca back and believe me mommy was having horrible Bianca withdrawls. Yet, there was no news on little Bianca's hips yet and mommy and daddy were told they would have to wait a bit for the nursery nurse to come in with the results of the test. Then grandma king called to wish everyone a happy Christmas and asked what time that her and grandpa and auntie should come to help celebrate. Mommy was planning on taking a shower so she told grandma to wait till around noon to come and celebrate. Then mommy and daddy called the nurses once again to take Bianca to the nursery so that daddy could help mommy take a nice long shower which she needed so badly. (Mommy's hair was begaining to mold to her head and she was sweating up a storm due to hormones!). Boy did that shower ever feel good, and daddy was so kind to help mommy throughtout the shower. He even helped mommy wash herself, since mommy had a hard time even standing on her own.

After the shower mommy and daddy were planning on getting some sleep before grandma king and grandpa king and auntie Jodi were coming, yet the nurse once again broke their plans and returned Bianca to the room claiming she was hungry. Sure enough Bianca wanted to nurse, so mommy tired as can be nursed her little Binky. Mommy noticed something different about her little Bianca while nursing her! The nursery had given Bianca a few Christmas gifts. A new pair of candy cane socks and also a very adorable snow man/snow flake for the Christmas Tree! Bianca kept staring at mommy throughout being nursed. Mommy thinks it is cause mommy now smelled good and Bianca had a hard time wondering if it was really her mommy feeding her. *L* Thank god, Bianca fell asleep after eatting and mommy did get a tiny bit of rest before grandma came bearing loads of gifts. Mommy and daddy then had a wonderful time opening tons of Christmas gifts. Bianca too had loads of gifts from grandma, grandpa and auntie to open. Auntie changed Bianca in her Christmas outfit, a cute little red velvet dress and head band. And then they took loads of wonderful Christmas photos with aunties new digital camera. Bianca then was held by everyone and spoiled rotten for the next few hours. She even got her own very special Christmas Stocking full of goodies. *L* Then grandma, grandpa and auntie left mommy and daddy to get some rest.

That night daddy begun to feel really bad and he made the mistake of telling the nurse there was a chance he might have strep thoart. Oh boy oh boy, did the nurse ever get him out of the hospital fast after that! He was handed a mask to wear and then daddy was asked to leave the hospital as soon as possible so he would not get mommy or baby sick. Both mommy and daddy were so sad to see daddy go. It was horrible. It was Christmas and daddy had to leave his two favorite girls all alone in a lonely hospital room. Yet, auntie Jodi promised mommy that she would come and stay the night and help mommy with little Bianca since daddy could not be there. Auntie Jodi though, could not make it to the hospital till around 9 o'clock pm and it was only around 6 when daddy was sent home. Mommy was so extremly lonely when daddy left all she could do was cry. Yet, she and daddy got to talk on the phone and even watched World Idle together which made mommy feel a little better till auntie Jodi arrived and kept mommy companay. Jodi was a life saver and watched little Bianca while mommy went to the bathroom. Then auntie Jodi invited a few friends up to spend time with her and mommy and to meet the new baby girl. The night was full of visitors and mommy did not have to be lonely anymore. Mommy even got the walk in the doctors wanted her to. One of auntie Jodi's close friends watched little Bianca as Jodi helped mommy talk a nice long walk up and down the halls.

After the walk, mommy visited with auntie Jodi and her friends for a long time and finally around 11:30 pm, all the visitors left and mommy and auntie Jodi went to sleep. Bianca was pretty good throughout the whole night and even slept most of the night in the hospital crib bed! She only woke close to morning for a feeding and then did not want to go back to the hospital crib so mommy had to hold her close. Auntie Jodi and her took turns taking care of little Bianca. It was one of the easiest nights mommy had since her little one's birth.

The next morning was the day mommy and Bianca were to be released from the hospital. Mommy woke and fed Bianca and then woke auntie Jodi for breakfest. Then the nurses came in and took Bianca away for her last check up and shots before going home. Also the nurse was going to take Bianca's hospital photo and do her foot prints. Mommy and Auntie Jodi then had time to walk the halls before Bianca was returned to the room. So mommy and Jodi took a very long walk up and down the halls, even stopping to peak on Bianca in the nursery. On the way back from the walk, the nurse and Bianca were waiting for mommy and auntie. Bianca had gotten very hungry and the nurse and Bianca had set out to find mommy! Yet, thank god mommy and auntie ran into them! So they went back to the room and mommy got to feed Bianca. What a little trouble maker Bianca was though. She once again was having a very hard time latching on to mommy and was tearing poor mommy's nipples to pieces. Mommy was almost in tears trying so extremly hard to feed her little angel.

After Bianca ate and went to sleep.. daddy called Mommy from the other hospital in town telling mommy he was at his check up. Daddy explained to mommy that his strep test came back negative yet... he had bad news. Daddy was very sick with a sinus and also double ear infection. What horrible news. Poor daddy was feeling worse off then the day before! Yet he told mommy he had a few errands to run, like getting the car seat checked out at the county before coming to pick up her and Bianca. Then the doctor came in and checked over mommy and told mommy she was doing good and gave her a script for pain killers to go home. Then auntie Jodi watched little Bianca as mommy took a nice long hot shower and changed into normal clothes to go home.

Soon auntie Jodi left and mommy sat around the hospital waiting for daddy to arrive. The nurse came in a few times to check over mommy and Bianca and gave mommy pain killers here and there for pain. Then came the time Daddy arrived at the hospital! Oh! Was mommy ever glad to see him. He got there right as the nurse was showing mommy how to bath little Bianca from head to toe... Yet, right after daddy came to the hospital Bianca became hungry durring her bath and the nurse and mommy decided it was best to stop and feed her. Mommy tried so hard to feed her, yet the pain was unbearable. Bianca did not want to lacth on to mommy at all. Mommy was having extrem hardness from being so full of milk that her boobs felt like 1000000 lbs. The pain was becoming unbearable so the nurse helped mommy try and try to get little Bianca to eat. Yet after about a hour of trying and so many tears by mommy, both the nurse and mommy decided it was about time to try out the new breast pump that the hospital had given mommy the day before. So the nurse helped mommy pump her breasts for a hour straight. Daddy even helped by holding one of the pumps up to mommy while she filled up 3 bottles full of milk in hopes to reduce the hardness of her boobs. It made mommy a little bit sad that it took so long to pump. She was so ready to go home and since she was having so much trouble it only made her stay at the hospital only longer.

After mommy got done pumping she was drenched in sweat and took of her shirt to cool down right as grandma Smith and uncle Richard and Jerry came to visit. Mommy, daddy and Bianca got some time to chat with them..as mommy tried to get a little rest. The nurse helped get mommy and Bianca all ready to go home by helping daddy and uncles pack up everything in the room and by getting all papers signed to be released. Daddy ran things to the car with the help of Jerry and Richard. The nurse helped mommy finish up Bianca's bath and dressed her in her going home outfit and then soon came the time to go home! The nice nurse showed mommy and quickly how to cup feed Bianca if they ever needed to and then ... another nurse helped mommy bundle Bianca all up and wheeled them to the car where daddy was waiting. Uncle Jerry and Richard and grandma helped load the car and soon they were off to go home finally!

On the way home, daddy and mommy stopped at the pharmacy where mommy works to pick up mommy's pain killers and also some other things. Everyone there had to come and see Bianca while mommy was waiting to get her drugs. So many ohhhhhed and awwwwwed over little Bianca. Mommy kinda liked showing off her little one! *L* Even mommy's meanie boss had to congraduate her! It made mommy feel sooooo good.

At home mommy and daddy decided to take a little nap. Then Bianca awoke hungry so mommy tried so hard to feed her. Yet again, Bianca did not want to latch on and mommy got so mad. It made mommy cry cause she wanted so bad to feed her little one. Yet, daddy kept telling mommy how proud he was of her and not to get over stressed. That is when mommy and daddy decided it was best to let mommy just pump her breasts and place it into bottles for feedings since mommy's nipples were so scabbed over and red from Bianca tearing them to pieces from not latching on right at all. So mommy went to pump... while daddy kept Bianca from screaming so much. Pumping seemed to take forever, yet mommy felt so much better after it was all out of her and put a lot of bottles in the fridge for later.

After that, mommy was so extremly tired that daddy let her go to sleep promising to take care of little Bianca for a few hours so mommy could get some well needed sleep! Mommy got a good four hours before daddy woke her for his turn to sleep. Overall the first night home went pretty good.

That is Bianca's first days for you. You know, they say when you have a child your whole life changes. Well, that is true. I can not imagine life now without her. She has stolen our hearts and she truly is the light of our lifes. Everything we do, we do it for her. Bianca Rose, is a dream come true. Everything her mommy could ever wish for and so much more.
