For the Kiddos..
Gummi Bears


Needed:
1 small box gelatin with sugar (any flavor)
7 envelopes unflavored gelatine
1/2 cup water

To make:
Mix in a saucepan until the mixture resembles play dough. Place pan over low heat and stir until melted. When completely melted, pour into plastic candy molds, and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Doughnuts


Needed:
1 package refrigerated biscuits

To make: Use salt shaker lid, or something about that size for making the doughnut holes or a doughnut cutter, if you have one. Cut a hole in each biscuit. Fry in a deep fryer, or in a skillet, with about 2 inches of oil. Heat oil, test the oil by putting in one doughnut hole, when the doughnut hole is done, the oil is ready Let doughnuts set on a paper towel, and cool. When all doughnuts, and holes are done, top them with your favorite sugar or frosting.

Fudgesicles


Needed:
1 large box instant chocolate pudding mix
Milk as directed on box
1 additional cup of milk

To make Mix the pudding, milk called for on box and additional milk. Fill Popsicle molds or paper cups, then freeze.

NOTE: This can be made with any flavor of instant pudding mix.

Chocolate Bananas


Needed:
Banana
Melted Milk Chocolate


To Make Peel bananas. Cut in half. Spear each half with a wooden skewer, then dip in melted milk chocolate. Place in freezer until chocolate is firm.

Pear Rollups


Needed:
1/2 cup shredded cheedar cheese
1 fresh ripe pear
1 tortilla

To make: Place tortilla on a microwave safe plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Slice pear into thin slices.. place on top of cheese. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted. Roll, and cut into bit size pinwheel slices. YUM!

Orange Drink


Needed:
1/2 c. cold orange drink (Tang or Sunny D)
1/2 c. orange sherbet
3/4 c. cold ginger ale
To Make: Pour 1/4 cup of orange drink into each glass. Add 1/4 cup of the sherbet into each glass. Add half of the ginger ale to each glass. Drink and enjoy

Scalloped Potatos n' Franks


Needed:
2 tablespoons chopped onion
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
8 hot dogs, halved lengthwise and sliced

To make: In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in cheese until melted. Add parsley. Place half of the potatoes in a greased 2-qt. baking dish; top with half of the sauce. Arrange hot dogs over the sauce. Top with remaining potatoes and sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1-1/2 hours or until bubbly. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
